All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with Hamptons In
Training terms and conditions as expressed below. Hamptons In Training terms
and conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our
facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other
users, and in conformity with the requirements of Hamptons In Training
procedures, rules, regulations and requirements.

Terms and Conditions
|

In order to place a reservation, you must first own a series (group of
classes). To buy a series, you can either signup here for a username and
password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and
password click sign-in, to buy a series and make your reservation... Once you
have purchased a series, they never expire and you can use them in season,
whenever/however you wish. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Cash and Check.
You can only reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (Wednesday thru the
following Wednesday). Online Reservations can only be booked with 24 hours
advanced notice.

Store Terms and Conditions
|

Store refund: Returns accompanied by receipt must be made within 7 days of
purchase and are good for STORE credit/exchanges only.

Cancellations
|
|
To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel
your reservation 24 hours prior to class by calling Hamptons In Traiining Wed.
to Fri, between 8.00am and 12pm. Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the
time of the class will be charge to your series. We do not accept cancellations
via the internet or email. Please cancel using the phone number below.

Waiver
|
|
By signing up for classes at Hamptons In Training, I hereby Agree that there
are certain inherent dangers in spinning and exercise and in using spinning and
exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the
activities and any other programs provided by Hamptons In Training ( Kestral
Management Inc.), and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the
payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge
Hamptons In Training, its offices, agents, employees, representatives,
executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from
injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use
of equipment in the abovementioned activities. I do hereby release all of those
mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision.
